Which category supports my margin?

Net sales minus purchase costs, category by category. Below 30% product margin: attention. Below 20%: critical.

What are discounts and returns costing me?

Gross sales, discounts and returns remain three separate lines, without silent netting. An alert is triggered above 5% of gross sales.

Have all sales been paid for?

For a closed period, receipts below 95% of net sales trigger an alert. Check for a till discrepancy or an incomplete export.
